Prof. Dimitar Eftimoski, PhD

Economics (macro and microeconomics) and Economics of Development

Profеssor Dimitar Eftimoski earned his PhD in 2002 in the field of macroeconomic and development theory. Since 2010 he is full-time professor in economic theory and economic development. He has participated to study visits to Slovakia, Austria and Great Britain, and also to many domestic and international scientific conferences and projects. At the Faculty of Business Economics in Skopje, he lectures Economics (micro and macroeconomics) and Economics of Development. Professor Eftimoski is author of а number of scientific papers, books and textbooks. He is also the author of the introductory textbook “Economic growth”.

Prof. Zanina Kirovska, PhD

Sustainable marketing, Human resource management, The strategy and tactics of pricing

Dr. Zanina Kirovska earned her Ph.D. Degree in 2004 at the University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Bitola. She has extensive experience in state administration bodies in the implementation of government reforms and institutional capacity building. In the course of professional work, she coordinates a number of projects, and upgrade complements with the participation of numerous trainings, study tours and workshops. D-r Kirovska has years of experience in the area of ​​teaching and research work. At the Integrated Business Faculty she has the title Professor in the area of economics sciences, while at the Integrated Business Institute, d-r Kirovska works as a part-time professor and senior scientific collaborator.

 

Prof. Slagjana Stojanovska, PhD

Marketing Management, Project management end Business planning

SLAGJANA STOJANOVSKA is a professor at Integrated Business Faculty (IBF), and a scientific advisor at the Integrated Business Institute (IBI).During her teaching career, she has prepared dozens of authorized lectures on Marketing management, Global marketing, Promotion strategy and Consumer behaviour. She is author of the books Creation of Competitive Business in Macedonia, A Marketing Plan Guide and Consumer Behavior & Marketing aspects. She has travelled and lectured extensively at several Universities throughout Europe and India and was a Plenary Speaker at numerous academic and business conferences. She is a Conference Head of Masters International Research & Development Center (International Academic Conference) – MIRDEC (www.mirdec.com), Editor of several Conference Proceedings, Member Editor  in FOCUS: Journal of International Business (www.journalpressindia.com) and a reviewer of more than twenty articles. Through the years, she has worked in several companies as Planning Analysis Manager, Journalist and TV Show Editor, Marketing Director of a Business Journal and as a Founder and Director of a Consulting Company. She has successfully incorporated her knowledge and practical experience from the business sector in the preparation and implementation of numerous national and international projects, where she was engaged as project manager, consultant and trainer. As an expert and a researcher she was working on the market research, marketing strategy and the preparation of business plans for many companies in the country. Her focus has been and still is the company’s competitiveness.

Aneta Vasiljevic-Sikaleska, PhD

Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics

Aneta Vasiljevic-Sikaleska earned her PhD in the field of engineering sciences at the University Ss. “Cyril and Methodius” – Skopje. During the postgraduate studies she was engaged as demonstrator at the Faculty of technology and metallurgy and as researcher on a number of research and development projects. Since 2006, she lectures Mathematics and Statistics at the Integrated Business Faculty. PhD Vasiljevic-Sikaleska has done many research stays at prominent universities and research institutions abroad and has participated to different symposiums and congresses. Also, she was referee in journals with impact factor and has great experience as a trainer and in preparing and evaluating projects. Her main areas of interest are environment, sustainable development and advanced materials.

Biljana Gjozinska, PhD

Business law, IBC

Biljana Gjozinska earned her PhD title in December 2012, at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” at the University Ss. “Cyril and Methodius” – Skopje,  in the field of International Law. Gjozinska has years of experience working in higher education and judiciary sector.

She has worked at the Integrated Business Faculty since November, 2011. For 5 years, Gjozinska performed duties as Secretary of the Faculty. She lectures the courses Business Law, Tax Law and tax management, and is part from the teaching staff of the course Integrated Business Curriculum.  In 2013 she was elected as a docent at the Integrated Business Institute. Within her scientific work, she has participated in several international research projects. Also, she is an author of a number of scientific papers and is referee in international scientific journal.

As Director of the Integrated Business Faculty, she has been elected in March 2017.

Krste Sajnoski, PhD

Finance, monetary and foreign exchange economy

Professor Krste Shajnoski acquired PhD in 2009  at the Economics Institute in Skopje. The same year he was elected as assistant professor in the field of monetary economics at the Faculty of Economics at the University Goce Delchev - Stip. His researches are focused on monetary issues, problems with foreign exchange and financial markets. Shajnoski has published two books, two textbooks and a monograph. At the same time, independently or in co-authorship has developed several international scientific research papers. In 2016 he was elected associate professor where the Institute of Business Economics and Business Faculty regularly runs the  subjects "Corporate Finance", "International Business Finance", "Financial Markets and Institutions", "Securities and Portfolio Management".

Azemina Masovic, PhD

Azemina Mashovic earned her PhD degree in 2017, from the Faculty of Economics at the University „Ss. Cyril and Methodius” – Skopje, in the field of international business. She has years of experience working in higher education. She is the author of a number of professional and scientific papers published in national and international journals and co-author of a university textbook.

Since 2014 she is engaged as a secretary of an international scientific journal and actively appears as a reviewer in several international scientific journals.

In 2018, she is elected as a docent / scientific collaborator at the Integrated Business Institute. Within the scientific research work, she is participated in international research projects and realized many research stays abroad.

Her teaching and research interests are in the fields of strategic management, international business, and international economics. She has worked at the Integrated Business Faculty since October 2017.
