Guest lecture of prof. Slagjana Stojanovska at the Economic Faculty in Podgorica

 

In order to further strengthen of international cooperation and mobility program, In the frame of CEEPUS programme, on 25th of November 2020, an online lecture for students at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, Montenegro, was held from prof. dr. Slagjana Stojanovska, from the Faculty of Business Economics in Skopje.

 The title of today's lecture was: Case Study for a coffee stand SATEL: Calculation of the price of coffee for making a business plan and break-even analysis.

The lecture included: (1) calculation of the price of a cup of coffee, (2) calculation of fixed and variable costs, (3) preparation of a business plan and (4) break-even analysis. The students were also introduced to the software for calculating these categories.

Vice Dean for International Cooperation, prof. dr. Boban Melovic, introduced prof.Stojanovska at the beginning of the lecture and  expressed satisfaction with the continued successful cooperation with the colleagues from Integrated  Business Faculty.

The students were satisfied with the lecture and the interaction with the professor. At the end of the lecture the professor and the students exchanged experiences and opinions  regarding business ideas students’ are working on.
