This Personal Data Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Faculty of Business Economics (hereinafter: “FBE”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses data collected from users (hereinafter: “user”) when visiting its website www. fbe.edu.mk (hereinafter: “website”). This privacy policy applies only to the website and does not apply to personal data collected in other ways. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your visit to other websites that you access through our websites.

The processing of your personal data is carried out by FBE in accordance with the regulations for the protection of personal data of the Republic of Macedonia, taking all prescribed technical and organizational measures to ensure secrecy and protection during the processing of personal data at its disposal. FBE employees are obliged to keep confidential all information (including personal data) they come across during the performance of their work tasks. Personal data can only be disclosed to competent authorities in a procedure provided for by law.

Taking into account the nature of the Internet, it should be noted that when using it passively and automatically collects data about the habits and preferences of its users.
